Hotel room demand is as crazy as ever for the event. Tennessee Football has a home game the same weekend and isn't helping availability and/or rates. When UT plays at home the area hotels jack up the rates, it is considered "peak" time.
TTS is TRYING to get more hotel rooms added, contact them for possibly more options (than what shows online). If TTS cannot find you options then reach out to tournament director to get approval to find your own rooms. You MUST get approval first.
The Kick-Off Classic and Battle in Rocky Top is proud to announce a brand new partnership with Team Travel Source. TTS is a leader in the team travel industry and will make the process so much easier than dealing with hotels directly. You can set up a team block to allow your parents to book rooms at the same hotel, or just share the link and allow your parents to book wherever they wish.
With us growing to be the largest youth football classic in the country and selling over 7,000 hotel rooms in seven counties for these tournaments, we use TTS to ensure it goes smoothly for our teams!
Coaches, Team Moms, Directors, etc. - please note that using Team Travel Source is NOT optional, it’s MANDATORY. Because your hotel stay is an important part of your overall experience, TTS will ensure everything is handled properly and in a timely manner. If you do not book through TTS, your team will not be placed on the game schedule.
TTS will contract with a variety of hotel brands, price points, amenities, etc….so there will be hotel options for everyone. Do not book directly with any hotel, or you will have to cancel those reservations and book through TTS. Make sure you book early to ensure the best selection. Teams who book rooms later in process typically have to stay further away from fields.

· 10U (5th Grade) and 12U (7th Grade) - Gatlinburg (Rocky Top Sports Complex)
· 11U (6th Grade) – Sevierville/Kodak/Pigeon Forge/Dandridge
· U5, U6, U7, U8, U9, U13, U14 - Knoxville
**NOTE in the event of "team overflow" some fields may have to be moved. If its the case we will select a fields that's close as potentially possible.
