KICKOFF CLASSIC CHECK-IN DETAILS

Teams check-in on Friday, August 2nd Team Books MUST be present at check and ALL players MUST have copy of their birth certificates OR state ID's.

CHECK-IN PROCESS
*Have a roster ready to turn in with birthdates listed on it. 
*Have team books in order by roster (birth certificate or state ID works)
*Player Waiver turn in at check in
*After you complete the check in you will take a team photo (teams come in team apparel OR game jerseys). This is MANDATORY!!!

Weekend passes are ONLY sold at Check-In (Friday), weekend passes are $20 per person and good for admission at all fields during the whole Kick-Off Classic.
Day Passes are $15 per person and sold at the gates Saturday. On Sunday the Day Passes are sold at the gates for $10 per person.  

Any player who misses check-in on Friday can check-in Saturday at John Tarleton Park.

All coaches, team mgr, etc will need to print off these forms. Please remember we will need a tournament roster with birthdates. 

ALL COACHES MUST BE LISTED ON "TEAM ROSTER" AND ONE COACH MUST SIGN FOR THE PASSES. IF A COACH IS NOT LISTED ON "TEAM ROSTER" THEN HE WILL HAVE TO PURCHASE HIS PASS! (This applies for both Kick-Off Classic & Battle In Rocky Top).

CHECK-IN DETAILS

Teams can check-in on Friday, August 4th anytime between 6:00pm - 8:00pm location DICK'S House of Sport, 7600 Kingston Pike, Knoxville, TN 37919(West Town Mall). 
Team Books MUST be present at check and ALL players MUST have copy of their birth certificates.
